Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Tift County Released Inmates handles information when visitors use its pages, submit a message, follow a link, or send a query through a search tool. It explains what may be collected, why that information is used, which service providers or authorities may receive it, and the choices available to users. By continuing to use the site, visitors accept the practices described here. Government offices, linked record systems, search partners, analytics providers, and advertising services maintain their own privacy practices.

Information You Submit

Queries Sent Through Search

A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. The query is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Tift County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. Visitors should review the search provider's policy before sending information they consider sensitive.

Messages Sent to Us

When a visitor sends an email or contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read the request and provide a response. A message may include the sender's name, email address, and any details the sender chooses to provide. We do not disclose contact messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, such as in response to a valid legal demand.

Tift County Released Inmates links to outside resources, including the Tift County Sheriff's Office and jail roster, Tift County courts, Georgia Department of Corrections tools, parole and community-supervision resources, VINELink, federal custody locators, and third-party search services. Once a visitor follows an outside link, the destination's terms and privacy policy govern the visit. We do not control how those outside services gather, retain, use, or disclose information.

Advertising partners may use cookies or related technologies on their own systems to recognize activity across different websites and select targeted advertising. That tracking is performed through the partner's technology, not through a separate personal-information file maintained by Tift County Released Inmates.
