Purpose of This Resource

Tift County Released Inmates is an independent reference site. It is not connected to a court, sheriff, jail, corrections agency, parole board, probation office, or records custodian. The site does not store or issue official government records. It cannot confirm that a named person is in custody or released, change a custody decision, release anyone, accept legal filings, or act for a government office.

The content points visitors toward relevant sources, including the Tift County jail roster and release channels, Georgia corrections and parole tools, court resources, and outside research services. The originating agency remains responsible for its own data and decisions. A link or summary supplied here does not turn that outside information into a record maintained by this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

FCRA Uses Are Prohibited

Tift County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare or supply consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using the site, you agree not to use its content or results for any decision covered by the FCRA, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, reassignment, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or any form of housing screening.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court with authority finds any provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions will continue in full force. A finding about one part does not cancel the rest of these Terms & Conditions.
